With a car to Bad Hofgastein:

Coming from Munich approx. 3 h.

Coming from Salzburg approx. 1 h:
Please take the Tauern Highway direction south until Bischofshofen, there please take the exit Gasteinertal (Gastein Valley) and continue on the road Nr. 311 until Lend. There please take the road Nr. 167 (Gasteiner Bundesstraße) into Gasteinertal.

Coming from/through Innsbruck appr. 3 h:
Please take the highway through Wörgl, then the road Nr. 312 through St. Johann in Tirol until Lofer, then the road Nr. 311 through Zell am See until Lend, there please take the road Nr. 167 (Gasteiner Bundesstraße) into Gasteinertal
Or take the highway - Kufstein - Salzburg - Villach, exit Gasteinertal, road 167 into Gastein Valley.

Coming from the south (Carinthia) please take the highway direction Salzburg, you pass Villach, Möllbrücke and continue to Obervellach and to Mallnitz. In Mallnitz there is a car train to Böckstein. Arriving in Böckstein please take the road direction Bad Hofgastein (Salzburg).

In Bad Hofgastein please take the EXIT Bad Hofgastein WEST  -- "Einfahrt West" (directy by the valley station of Skilifts Schlossalm). Please continue 300m on the Kurgartenstraße and pass the small bridge on the Gasteiner Ache river. There you can see our hotel on the corner left. Please take the first street left to the Hotel St. Georg. You will find the hotels entrance in Dr. Zimmermann Street.


Arrival with train:
 
In the Main Station of Bad Hofgastein stopp all eurocity and intercity and rapid trains. There is a good bus and taxi connection to the city centre Bad Hofgastein. We also offer our guests the possibility of a pick up service. Please call us the day before your arrival latest to be able to organise your transfer service. The railway station is approx. 3 km far from the hotel.
